Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.

You will work as part of a team to ensure safety, dignity, and independence, driving to client homes and maintaining a clean living environment while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
