Job summary

Harbour Village in Wisconsin is seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our compassionate senior living team. You will support residents with personal care and daily activities, delivering a high quality experience with dignity and respect.

The role offers bi-weekly and daily pay options, 401K, PTO and benefits for qualifying staff, with a schedule including AM, PM and NOC shifts and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA is required.
• CBRF Certification is required.
• Stable work history is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist residents with mealtime and encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments, report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads and the Director of Resident Services.
• Provide activities as planned and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our team.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA
• CBRF Certification and experience required
• At least 1 year of steady work history at same job
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience in a facility

Part-time/Full-time AM's 7-3 including every other weekend

Part-time/Full-time PM's 3pm-11pm including every other weekend

Part-time NOC's 11pm-7am including every other weekend
