Home Instead is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and their families. The role covers companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and daily activities, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
• Good communication with office team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation and accompany to appointments.
• Assist with personal care incl. bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Aid mobility and transfers.
• Care for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• Follow client care plans and procedures.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office.

As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may assist seniors with:

• Transportation, errands, and appointments
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Following individual client care plans
• Providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate care
• Communicating changes or concerns to the office team

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Dependable and able to arrive to scheduled shifts on time
• Reliable phone and ability to communicate with the office
• Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of caregiving
• Willingness to assist with personal care when required

• Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures
