Job summary

Sun City West Village Assisted Living seeks a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily activities and comfort. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safe mobility assistance, and clear communication with residents and staff.

Starting wage ranges from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, with options for FT/PT shifts and same-day pay. PSL offers benefits, PTO, holiday pay, and advancement opportunities nationwide. Must meet state certification requirements and have 1+ year relevant experience.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
