Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to provide compassionate support to residents. This role focuses on daily living assistance, safety, and companionship, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates have state-certified credentials, at least one year of experience with older adults, good communication skills in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with movements as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults.
• Possesses applicable state certifications as required.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to assist residents with transfers and daily activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
