Castlewoods Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Brandon, MS is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and provide companionship, dignity, and safety.

This role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling, same-day pay, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, EAP, PTO, holiday pay). The team fosters career development through mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state certifications as required
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
