Job summary

Generations is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join Montage Creek in Montrose, CO. You will maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas, care for equipment and tools, and ensure compliance with state and local standards.

Your day-to-day work supports our mission to create a home-like environment for every resident and to treat colleagues with respect. The role is full-time, with a Wednesday–Sunday shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience with residents.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas.
• Care for and maintain equipment and tools used in daily work.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.

The Housekeeper at Montage Creek maintains cleanliness standards in resident apartments and community common areas. Our housekeeping team is an integral part of creating a home-like environment for every resident. Housekeepers care for and maintain all equipment and tools used in daily work. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working Wednesdays through Sundays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
