Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to make a difference at home. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with daily pay options and urgent hiring.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility and daily living tasks, prepare meals, handle housekeeping, and offer companionship. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
