Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, engage them in meaningful conversation, and support dining and mobility in a warm, safe home. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document changes, and work with families and care leaders.

A High School Diploma/GED and CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) are required; paid training and growth opportunities are included.

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
