Senior Helpers Kerrville is seeking a full‑time Caregiver Ambassador to support new caregivers during their first 90 days, part of onboarding and retention efforts. Location: Kerrville, TX.

The role focuses on encouragement, guidance, and consistent communication to help new team members feel connected and supported as they settle in. The ambassador will maintain weekly contact, document conversations, identify training needs, and collaborate with leadership to promote growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or CNA.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfortable documenting weekly calls and sharing updates.
• Reliable transportation and consistent follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive, inspiring resource for new caregivers
• Facilitate communication between the office and new caregivers
• Place weekly support calls and document each conversation
• Listen actively, ask follow‑up questions, and maintain a positive tone
• Identify training needs and communicate them to the office
• Share strengths and concerns with leadership
• Celebrate milestones and support caregiver growth
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the office
