Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver Ambassador to join our team in McKinney, Texas. You will represent the agency in the community, welcome new clients, support caregiver onboarding, and promote a positive experience for clients, families, and staff.

You'll travel to client homes and community locations, distribute materials, and help introduce caregivers to clients while upholding company care standards and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and representative of Senior Helpers.
• Welcome and support newly hired caregivers.
• Assist with caregiver orientation and on-boarding.
• Conduct meet-and-greets with prospective and new clients and their families.
• Help introduce caregivers to clients and establish positive working relationships.
• Travel to client homes, community locations, and other assigned destinations as needed.
• Distribute caregiver supplies, client materials, and company resources.
• Assist with delivering supplies and materials to caregivers and clients.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
• Communicate caregiver and client concerns to management.
• Support caregiver engagement, retention, recognition, and appreciation activities.
• Help ensure caregivers understand company expectations and care standards.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
