• Welcome and support newly hired caregivers.
• Assist with caregiver orientation and on-boarding.
• Conduct meet-and-greets with prospective and new clients and families.
• Introduce caregivers to clients and build positive working relationships.
• Travel to client homes and community locations as needed.
• Distribute caregiver materials and company resources.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
• Communicate caregiver and client concerns to management.
• Support caregiver engagement and appreciation activities.
