Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie is seeking caring, dedicated, and compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our team. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support daily living activities, helping each day feel brighter.

We offer on-site shifts with AM availability, ongoing training, and a supportive leadership team committed to kindness, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM (6AM-2PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
