Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Prior Lake, MN is seeking caring caregivers to join our intimate assisted living and memory care communities. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, helping with daily living activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• Ability to pass medications training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you! You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
