Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Horseshoe Bay, TX to support residents across assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, and home care settings.

You will help with ADLs, monitor vitals, administer medications, and provide companionship while documenting care in EMR systems. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or home & community care settings.
• Familiarity with Alzheimer’s/dementia care and behavioral management.
• CPR/First Aid certification is desirable.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and use mobility aids as needed.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations in EMR.
• Administer medications per schedules and protocols.
