Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents across senior care environments in Marble Falls, TX. The role covers ADLs, vital signs, medications, and companionship, with flexible hours across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will work with a compassionate team to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with diverse needs, including dementia. prior CPR/First Aid is desirable; facility environment includes EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, and behavioral management techniques.
• Ability to perform CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with assisting residents with ADLs and using mobility aids like Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in medication administration and vital signs monitoring according to protocols.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent caregiving skills tailored to individual needs.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team across all shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Document care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Support residents during outings or appointments by driving or assisting with transportation arrangements when qualified
