Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Caregiver to support residents across care settings including assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, and home care. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, administer medications, and provide companionship in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in senior care, dementia care knowledge, and CPR/First Aid certification. Flexible hours across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes or home care.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s/dementia care and behavioral strategies.
• CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work across all shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and use mobility equipment as needed.
• Monitor and document vital signs to ensure health stability.
• Administer medications per prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation.
