Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and daily living support to residents in New Jersey. You will follow care plans, assist with activities, and help create a warm, safe environment.

duties include assisting with ADLs, documenting ISP updates, engaging residents, and coordinating with families. Eligible candidates gain training, growth opportunities, and a meaningful career in senior care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• CHHA and CMA credentials required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-impaired residents.
