Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, building meaningful relationships with residents in a welcoming setting.

The role involves following individualized care plans, promoting safety and independence, and engaging residents through conversations and activities. It also includes assisting dining and coordinating with families and care leaders, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes in care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
