Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities, ensuring safety and dignity for residents in a warm, engaging environment.

Role emphasizes effective communication with families and team members, adherence to care plans, and compassionate interaction with Memory Care clients. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders


• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+


• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)


• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
