Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Newton, MA is seeking a Caring Caregiver to join our team. You will provide hands‑on support with ADLs, engage residents, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and help create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
