Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily activities and personal care at our community. You will follow care plans, promote safety, and engage residents through meaningful conversations and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
