Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with ADLs, and support residents with meaningful activities, promoting safety and dignity in daily life.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive environment focused on quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care when applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
