Sunrise Senior Living in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and companionship, guided by individualized service plans. You will help with personal care and engage residents in meaningful conversations, while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and independence, with opportunities for paid training and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and must be 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

14.10 - 17.65
