Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a compassionate, respectful environment.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP plans, promote safety, and engage residents in daily activities, including memory-care enrichment where applicable. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

14.10 - 17.65
