Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personalized care on-site in the Alexandria area. You will work closely with the care team to uphold Sunrise’s mission of quality of life for seniors.

The role focuses on compassionate caregiving, adherence to ISP plans, and engaging residents through activities while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within orientation period.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
