Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors in a memory care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized plans, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents; engage them in conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members; assist Memory Care residents with enriching activities.

Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Responsibilities include following individualized service plans, documenting changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence, and engaging residents through conversation and activities.

You will support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
