Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a CareGiver for morning shifts in West Hartford, CT. As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include providing companionship, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. No prior experience is necessary as skills training will be provided.

The position offers a supportive family environment, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling with shifts from Monday to Friday, including weekends if preferred. Reliable commuting to the location is essential.

Qualifications

• Must complete a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Possess a valid driver's license, social security card, and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to reliably commute to the job’s location.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Manage medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
