Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring part-time Caregivers in West Chester, PA. Shifts are 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with a sign-on bonus and competitive pay beginning at $19.00/hour, higher with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Memory Care experience is preferred but not required.
• No CNA certification is required to apply.
• If not currently held, obtain Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care.

Earn Up to $21+/Hour with Shift Differentials

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour (higher based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 for Full-Time


• $500 for Part-Time

Boost Your Earnings

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full-Time): +$1/hour


• Weekend Shift: +$2/hour


• Work BOTH evenings and weekends: Earn +$3/hour in shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED


• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience, such as:




• Caregiver


• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)


• Home Health Aide (HHA)


• Personal Care Aide (PCA)


• Patient Care Technician (PCT)


• Direct Support Professional (DSP)




• Memory Care experience is preferred but not required.


• No CNA certification is required to apply.

Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC)

• If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.


• The DCSC training course and competency exam are completely FREE and can be completed before employment begins.
