Job summary

Home Instead is actively seeking caregivers for afternoon and evening shifts in the Red Oak, Ennis and Alvarado areas to support seniors in their homes.

We offer competitive pay starting at $13–$14/hour with performance-based increases and Bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time roles, paid training, and 24/7 support from a caring office team. Next-Day Pay with PayActiv and a 401(k) & Profit Sharing program are also available.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring attitude
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and car registration required
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screen
