Job summary

Home Instead in SE Dallas, Ellis, and E. Johnson Counties is hiring caregivers to build trusting relationships with seniors and their families, provide in-home support and companionship, and assist with daily personal care in a compassionate, respectful manner.

We offer Next-Day Pay, starting pay $12–$14/hour with performance-based increases, plus a 401(k) & Profit Sharing program, flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time), paid training, and 24/7 support from a caring office team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
