Job summary

Home Instead is hiring in SE Dallas, Ellis, and E. Johnson Counties to provide compassionate in-home care. You will build trusting relationships with seniors, offer companionship, assist with daily personal care, and help keep homes safe and comfortable.

Starting pay is $12–$14 per hour with performance-based increases; next-day pay is available through PayActiv, and a 401(k) & Profit Sharing program is offered. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate individuals who treat seniors with dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and car registration required.
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
