Summary:

As a Resident Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, enhancing residents' lives through quality care and meaningful engagement.

Essential Functions:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Assist in dining room during meal times
• Encourage participation in activities and outings, and assist as needed
• Maintain community cleanliness and tidiness of resident rooms
• Assist with resident laundry per shift guidelines

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with elderly care preferred
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to pass required tests (CPR, First Aid, etc.) if mandated
