Job summary

Oxford Home Care LLC in Hartford and surrounding areas is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients with daily living, companionship, and safety. Experience in dementia and memory care is preferred.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, senior care, or community care.
• Experience with dementia/memory loss care preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass state and national background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Meal preparation and assistance with soft diets.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
