Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication reminders, and reporting changes promptly.
• Provide specialized care as needed and document records accurately.
• Support safe patient transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Follow home healthcare regulations and HIPAA guidelines while delivering compassionate care.
