Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, dignity, and safety. You will follow ISP and engage residents in conversation and activities to brighten each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
