Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities and to build meaningful relationships with residents.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, assist with bathing and mobility, support dining, communicate with families, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment; paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
