Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Sun City in-home care services seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain independence for clients in their own residences.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, and transportation, with ongoing communication to our office staff and timely documentation of care visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship
• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
• Shopping and Errands
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Pet Care
• Light Yard Work
• Light Handyman Services
• Overnight Supervision
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family or their favorite restaurant
• Assist with Dressing
• Assist with Feeding
• Assist with Showering / Bathing
• Mobility Assistance
• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
• Memory Care
• Arrive on time for all services
• Maintain documentation of all services provided on your Timesheet and the WellSky caregiver tool
• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior or appearance to our office staff
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
• Log all care visits in the mobile app at the time of service, including time, task completion, and notes
