Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile, with caregivers who are seniors themselves providing compassionate care in the comfort of the client’s home. SHS empowers seniors to continue living independently by assisting with day-to-day tasks, companionship and light homemaking, with a flexible schedule and hourly pay of $16.

Opportunities in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield and Willard areas.

• Overnight Supervision.
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant.

Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services of Ozarks (SHS) brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort of our care receiver’s home.

SHS empowers seniors to continue living independently by caring for day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.

Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include:

• Provide Companionship

Personal Care Duties may include:

• Assist with Dressing

• Assist with Feeding

• Assist with Showering / Bathing

• Mobility Assistance

• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence

• Memory Care

Other Responsibilities:

• Arrive on Time for all Services

• Caregivers may be contacted by management outside of standard office hours when coverage is needed for open shifts.

• Maintain documentation of all services provided

• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff

• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff

• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible

• Clock in and out using our care management system
