Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks in-home care services is hiring caregivers to support seniors in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Rogersville, Willard and nearby areas. You will provide companionship, help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and transportation, while following care plans and maintaining high professional standards.

This role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and the chance to earn extra income while building lasting relationships with the people

SHS empowers seniors to continue living independently by caring for day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.

Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include:

• Provide Companionship

• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc...

• Shopping and Errands

• Meal Preparation

• Medication Reminders

• Overnight Supervision

Personal Care Duties may include:

• Assist with Dressing

• Assist with Feeding

• Assist with Showering / Bathing

• Mobility Assistance

• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence

• Memory Care

Other Responsibilities:

• Arrive on Time for all Services

• Caregivers may be contacted by management outside of standard office hours when coverage is needed for open shifts.

• Maintain documentation of all services provided

• Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff

• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff

• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible

• Clock in and out using our care management system
