Job summary

Transitions At Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in the Reedsburg area. You will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer competitive wages of $17–$19 per hour starting, with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees. Prior caregiving experience is preferred and training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
• One year of Caregiving experience preferred.
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support

Hours: Full-Time

• Monday through Friday - hours vary must be able to work until 7pm on Wednesday & Friday
• No Holidays
