Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas is hiring caregivers for PRN roles that flex around your class schedule. If you’re enrolled in a CNA or PCA program or pursuing a healthcare career, you can gain meaningful hands-on experience caring for clients in their homes.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a weekend differential; we offer education assistance up to $2,500 annually, CNA/PCA certification support, paid time off for eligible staff, and benefits for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision.

As you gain experience and your availability changes, there may also be opportunities to increase your hours.

Do I Need a CNA or PCA Certification?

Not necessarily!

While prior professional caregiving experience is preferred, a CNA or PCA certification is not required for this position.

We recognize that valuable caregiving experience doesn't always come from a classroom or a job title. If you've provided significant care for a family member, loved one, or someone in your community, we'd love to hear about that experience.
