Care to Stay Homeis seeking a caregivers to work a full time schedule. Clients are available in the North Spokane, South Hill, Airway Heights, Cheney, Chattaroy, Deer Park Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake for immediate shifts. Additional shifts are available for nights, weekends and live in if days are not your preference. Looking to hire caregivers to work immediately.

• Permanent client assignments for scheduling and client consistency (no short shifts between multiple clients)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing essential care and support
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Stand by and hands on assistance
• Medication reminders
• Bedbound care for more critical clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed... The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
• Home Care Aide or CNA/NAC certification (We offer the 75 hour HCA training to our employees at no cost)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client
• Reliability to show up for shifts on time and enjoy providing companionship and care for seniors to keep them engaged throughout the day.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
