Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Ohio is seeking PRN caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. The role offers pay at $17.00 per hour and as-needed shifts, with flexible opportunities and a focus on meaningful daily activity.

You will assist with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and community participation, while building trusting relationships and helping participants achieve personal goals within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Pay $17.00 per hour! PRN positions available.

Available Schedule

• PRN relief** – as needed
• PRN relief** – as needed
• Relief position: Hours are not guaranteed and depend on operational needs. Employees must work at least once per month when shifts are available and maintain required training and eligibility. Relief employees are not eligible for holiday pay.

This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
