Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver for evening shifts in Minnesota. You will support individuals with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and participation in community activities.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and compassion. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with supervisors and care teams to help participants achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support participants with hygiene and behavioral challenges or complex needs.
• Assist participants in community participation, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide compassionate, patient support.
• Work under supervision with ownership to do what’s right for participants.

Pay $18.57 an Hour!

Schedule Hours Monday /Tuesday /Wednesday 2:00 PM -10:00 PM Every Other Saturday/Sunday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

This position requires someone who has a Driver's License for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean Motor Vehicle Registration record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
