Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Somerset County. This role focuses on companionship, daily living assistance, and supporting independence for clients in their homes.

The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts), weekly pay, paid orientation, and benefits. You will help with activities of daily living, personal care, and medication reminders while ensuring safety and respect.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals)
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and maintain professional communication
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining professionalism
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
