Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, personal care based on individualized plans.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities safely.
• Assist with light housekeeping and errands.
• Support with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders and document care as directed.

• Support with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Provide medication reminders and document care as directed

Requirements
