Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active HCA license with PER ID (State of California).
• TB screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the team.
