Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home across Massachusetts. Join a family-oriented team offering full-time, part-time, or per diem roles with flexible scheduling and direct deposit.

You will assist with daily activities, provide personal care, and offer companionship, while maintaining a safe, dignified, and supportive home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship to promote emotional well-being and monitor client well-being.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
