Job summary

Associated Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs). We offer multiple MA locations, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, benefits, and a mentor program in a family‑oriented workplace.

You will assist clients with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, personal care, mobility support, companionship, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• HHA certificate or CNA license preferred, training provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
